This Edwardian chaise lounge came to in to us in a state of serious disrepair, requiring not only complete re-upholstery but also repair and strengthening to the frame.

Once we started stripping the arm out we discovered that there was once nicely detailed exposed woodwork. After discussion with the customer we decided to restore this woodwork and re-upholster with this exposed once more.

The frame was then completely taken apart, the joints repaired and re-glued and extra strengthening blocks applied.

The chaise lounge was then completely re-upholstered throughout and covered in Martins Tiffany 44.
